Booking the Hall

The hall can be hired for either private or commercial use.  Any hiring, except that of the committee room only, includes use of the kitchen and all kitchen equipment.

The fully equipped licensed bar can be hired in addition to the hall for suitable functions.  It is a condition of the licence that the bar be  manned by committee members.  The charge for this service is detailed in the tariff below.

Loan or hire of Village Hall equipment - chairs, tables, crockery etc. - for use away from the premises may be permitted at the discretion of the management committee.

TARIFF 2007 - 2008

Main hall                                                                    :           £5.00 per hour

Main hall with lounge or committee room    :           £6.00 per hour

Committee room only (max. 4 hours)            :           £2.00 per session

Use of bar facilities, glasses etc.                        :           £10.00 per session

Running of bar for hirer                                      :           £50.00 per session
